Community Giving
At Whole Foods Market, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our 
community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.
Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day’s net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days.
Please e-mail SPFFX.Marketing@wholefoods.com to request a 5% day application.
To submit a donation request (please allow at least 6-8 weeks in advance of the date the donation is needed):
1. Submit a request: include what the request is for, what you would like donated, the date it is needed, promotional opportunity for Whole Foods Market, and a contact name and phone number/e-mail.
2. Please attach your 501 c(3) form (IRS document).
3. Mail to 6350 W. 3rd St. Los Angeles, CA 90036, Fax to 323.964.6830, turn it in at the Customer Service desk, or fill out our electronic form.
Your request will be forwarded to the Marketing department. Thank you for your cooperation in regard to this information. Marketing will contact you if the donation will be granted.
