Freshly Baked Artisan Bread

Quite simply, our bread is amazing. We bake daily, using only the freshest ingredients, including cage-free eggs, natural butters and the best quality unbleached, unbromated flour available, to offer you the choices you want and need. We never allow artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or trans fats in any of the products we sell, our bread is no exception.

In store, you’ll find a selection of 25 Artisan Breads, all made from scratch, without a premix in sight. We are particularly proud of our sourdough bread, made using a new starter, freshly made for Giffnock, giving it a unique texture and flavour.

Unique to Giffnock, we are produd to be working with Rabbi Moshe Rubin so that all the bread we bake in store daily will be certified Kosher by the West of Scotland Kashrut Commission.
