About the Hawai’i Children’s Trust Fund and One Strong Ohana Campaign

Established in 1993, the Hawai’i children’s Trust Fund (HCTF) is a public and private partnership to help prevent child abuse and neglect in our community.  The HCTF has partnered with the Joyful Heart Foundation to launch a statewide public awareness campaign called “One Strong Ohana.”  The campaign promotes the idea that the prevention of child abuse and neglect is a community responsibility and that there are simple ways to help create a safe and nurturing environment for our keiki.
