Welcome to the Whole Foods Market Lakeview store blog!  My name is Rick and I’m looking for adventurers who are daring enough to take a journey through my trials and tribulations on the path to wellness!

• Partnering with Social Workout, the Chicago Whole Foods Market locations have joined forces to help people track and achieve their New Year’s Resolutions!  
• My resolution will be to go 28 days (January 11 – February 12) on a vegan diet free of refined sugars, extracted oils, refined flours, caffeine, and alcohol!
• Think this sounds like fun?  Perhaps excruciating torture?  Come bear witness to the spectacle and see which one it turns out to be!
