  They are a classic for a reason and we want to make them even more special for Valentine’s Day. Stop by the store to see a live dipping demo and pick up specialized chocolate dipped strawberries for your sweetheart.

  Whole Plant Foundation Prosperity Campaign Launch

  4pm

  Our annual Prosperity Campaign starts today to benefit the Whole Planet Foundation. Help us raise money this winter to give women in developing countries a hand up through microcredit loans. Stop by to sample Atchar or pickled mango, inspired by Whole Planet Foundation microcredit clients in South Africa. This sweet and sour mango dish is great as a condiment alongside grilled meats and curried vegetables or alone with brown rice.

  Join Chef Tong, of My Private Chef, as he presents sumptuous, decadent, and mouthwatering recipes featuring chocolate, that will help carry us over to spring. Get hands-on experience in preparation, cooking and presentation, as well as tips on shopping for the finest ingredients. Chef Tong’s menu features: Hot Chocolate Soup with Raspberry Mascarpone Sandwich, Chocolate Risotto with Hazelnuts, Chocolate Mousse with Kahlua and fresh Berries

  5-7pm $1 suggested donation to Whole Planet Foundation

  To support the Whole Planet Foundation Prosperity Campaign we are giving away free smoothies with every $1 donation. 100% of your donation will go directly to help people in developing countries through microcredit lending.
