Meet our Healthy Eating Specialist Dan Marek
Dan’s specialty is converting recipes to meet our Health Starts Here guidelines and showing our guests just how delicious healthy can be. He can help you navigate the store, and find the foods that best fit your needs and budget.
Dan is a passionate advocate of healthy eating and very familiar with natural food products. His love of healthy foods has led him to train Austin school teachers on healthy food techniques with the Whole Kids Foundation , and he’s an advisory board member for the Mayor’s Fitness Council among many other community outreach initiatives.
