  Join T'ai Chi instructor Arlene Faulk to learn how to use breathing and gentle movement to increase your energy, flexibility, and muscle strength.  Start to develop a solid energy base that will enhance your life and any exercise or sport you like - from walking and bicycling to swimming or golf.  This popular class is for all fitness levels and is designed for both beginners and previous participants. Curious first-time participants are welcome to try a single class before signing up for a series.
