Join us for the third installment of our winter yoga workshop series to cultivate a sense of self-acceptance by improving your physical posture and rethinking how our daily actions affect our sense of self-worth and acceptance. The active yoga practice will focus on poses that lift the sternum and open the chest to create more space, physically and mentally, for acceptance and love. We will practice accepting ourselves in each pose and in each moment.
