Space is limited! For classes that have a fee, please register through the link listed in class description or stop by our customer service desk. Please note that for classes with a fee, we cannot reserve a space for you without payment and all registrations close 24 hours prior to the event or class. T’ai Chi with Lincoln Park Village

Join T’ai Chi instructor Arlene Faulk to learn how to use breathing and gentle movement to increase your energy, flexibility, and muscle strength. Start to develop a solid energy base that will enhance your life and any exercise or sport you like – from walking and bicycling to swimming or golf. This popular class is for all fitness levels and is designed for both beginners and previous participants. Curious first-time participants are welcome to try a single class before signing up for a series. Rooftop Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga
8:30 - 9:30 AM | Free for Wellness Club Members; $15 for non-membersNow that Spring is here, we’re practicing yoga on the rooftop! Vinyasa means linking the hatha yoga poses to the breath, a flowing sequence that moves into the next pose with an inhalation or exhalation. This is a more athletic type of yoga practice which can be both energizing and relaxing. Slow flow vinyasa encourages slow, deep breathing to guide the pace of the practice. Join us for this special competitive cooking event, where our three Health Starts Here Food Fight finalists will present their own appetizer, entrée and dessert for you to try. After tasting the dishes of all three contenders, you (and our celebrity panel of judges) will vote on who will be Lincoln Park’s winning chef for the year! Space is limited. Eat Like a Yogi: Yoga + Cooking Class to Detox, Recharge + Energize
1:00 PM | $40A healthy life is all about balance: to look and feel our best, it is important to nourish our body through fresh food and restorative exercise. The Wellness Club at Whole Foods Market Lincoln Park presents a unique cooking and yoga class that will help you detox, recharge, energize – and have fun! Yoga instructor and personal trainer, Suzanne Ko will begin the class by leading a 45 minute Sivananda yoga class. After the core-strengthening and meditative practice, Amanda Skrip will take over in the kitchen and prepare a delicious, spa-like menu that is easy to recreate at home.
