We gratefully give back to our community and our earth by donating food and funds to nonprofit organizations and community events.

Community Giving

At Whole Foods Market, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.

As part of our efforts to be a good neighbor, in kind donations to local not-for-profit organizations are a regular occurrence at Whole Foods Market Long Beach.  Interested 501(c)3 organizations may email splbc.marketing@wholefoods.com. Donation Form may also be filled out here: Please make sure to submit your request by email a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Our Community Support Days are another meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year, a total of 5% of the day’s net sales are donated to a local non-profit organization. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days. You must be a 501(c)3 non-profit and local to Long Beach  in order to be considered.
