Class Registration
48 hour advance registration along with payment (if necessary) is requested to reserve your place in a class. Register for classes in person at the customer service desk or call 608.233.9566 (unless otherwise noted). To receive a refund, please allow us 24 hours notice to cancel a class. All classes must be registered for in advance unless otherwise noted.

Petite Chefs: Around the World
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM | $15A love of good, healthy and fun food starts young, help the petite chefs in your house learn to express themselves and their creativity through food. Children can learn to make some amazing foods from all over the globe including India, Germany, Italy and more! A hands on and interactive class instructed by Tara Verma. Attendees will leave with a kid-friendly packet of ideas/ recipes and a treat to share with their family. Parents are encouraged to participate or watch.

Youth Cooking School: Farm Foods
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM | $10Learn to create delicious foods with local produce straight from the farm! We will discover how to use all the wild and wonderful vegetables available in late spring. Are you ready to meet your new favorite vegetable? Chef Caitlin will help us turn fresh farm veggies into fun foods for the entire family! K-5

Mediterranean Vegetarian/Vegan
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM | $30Go on a Mediterranean journey with Vom Fass Chef Kevin Appleton. Enjoy Homemade Falafel with Tahini, Roasted Peperonata, and Arugula Salad with Oranges and Caramelized Fennel. Children can learn to make some amazing recipes full of fun and using items found at the Farmer’s Market. A hands on and interactive class perfect for ages 5-12. Attendees will leave with a kid-friendly packet of ideas/ recipes and a treat to share with their family. Parents are encouraged to participate or watch.
