What kind of demos would you like to see? Are you a foodie who likes to try out new recipes and ideas? Or do you like to keep things short and simple?

Please more organic soy-free, gluten -free vegan items… Also would love to see food demonstrations on new ways to cook vegetable dishes…

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for your feedback! I will work more gluten free demonstrations, but in the mean time, did you know we hold a monthly tasting of gluten free items? We title it Gluten Free Fridays and the whole day is dedicated to our gluten free foods. This month it’s being held on 2/17, and in March, 3/16.
