  Never ones to settle for a Poptart or a bowl of cereal, the French pay just as much attention to breakfast as they do the rest of their meals. Whether a single course or a full buffet, French breakfast treats are simple but rich, enjoyable and satisfying. Join us for a leisurely Parisian brunch, featuring some of Chef Ani’s favorite morning morsels. Come hungry! Class has vegetarian options (please specify upon registration) and includes hands on participation as desired. Pre-registration is required. On the menu:

  • Virgin Mimosas
  • Baguette with Homemade Nutella

  • Crepes with Salted Caramel

  Explore new and exciting ways to use your Vitamix.  This class features sweet treats you can easily create at home.  On the menu: Chocolate Pudding, Cashew Cream Cheese, Coconut Smoothies, Banana Parfaits, Sweet Green Smoothies, and Avocado Frosting.  Is your mouth watering yet?  All recipes are vegan friendly. Pre-registration is required.

  If you love chocolate, but would rather skip the dairy and wheat, this is the class for you. We’ll discuss the process and history of making chocolate, taste some chocolate bars from around the store and stir up rich desserts perfect for a Valentine’s Day. Dinner will not be served during this class (though you will take home lots of chocolate treats!), so please plan accordingly. Class has hands on opportunities as desired. Pre-registration is required. On the menu:

  • Chocolate Fudge

  • Flourless Chocolate Cake with Hot Fudge
