Birthday Party Information

Whole Foods Market Lake Calhoun offers parties for children ages five and up! No matter what your taste or style, we have a party for you. We can help you celebrate any event, whether it’s a birthday, back-to-school event, sports party, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or any other reason you can think to celebrate! Whole Foods Market is here to help make any party exceptionally memorable!

Cost:

Cost is $175 for the first 10 children (including the birthday child and any siblings/adults that want to participate in the cooking) and the full amount is due when your party date is booked.  The cost for each additional child is $10 per child. The maximum is 15 children per party. Final numbers must be set at least one week in advance.

Class Details: Parties are one hour and fifteen minutes long. Since our classroom often has more than one party or event per day, it is very important that all children are picked up and the party over at the designated end time of the party. Due to space limitations, we only offer drop-off parties, but host parents and other immediate family are welcome. Safety regulations require us to comply with maximum numbers for the party.

Each party includes the following:

• Instructor to facilitate party
• An assistant to help with facilitation if the party is more than 10 kids
• All Supplies for Cooking Activities/Games
• Choice of Beverage
• Choice of Dessert
• One apron for party host (additional aprons are available)
• Recipes for Cooking Activities
• Basic Themed Decorations and Table Settings
• Cakes are available for purchase from our bakery at an additional cost
• Goody bags are available for purchase for an additional $1 per child
