To enter, tell us in the “comment” section how your child “speaks for the trees” (helps support the environment).  Examples may include:  your child’s recycling/clean-up efforts in the community or at school, environmental education awareness activites, etc.  The top 13 entries will be selected based on the quality of the entries and level of environmental involvement described.

After you submit your entry, please also email linda.nishida@wholefoods.com your name, contact details, and login name (used when you leave blog comment) so that we have a way to contact you if you are selected to receive the 4-pack of FREE children’s movie tickets.

“Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax” Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

No payment or purchase necessary to enter. Entrants must be legal US residents, 18 years of age or older to participate. All entries must be deposited, no later than March 1, 2012, in an entry box provided at Whole Foods Market, Green Hills (4021 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville). Limit: one entry per person.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  No incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entry forms will be accepted. Officers and employees of Whole Foods Market, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and the immediate family members of the foregoing, are not eligible to win. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries.  Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Prizes/Conditions: Prizewinners will be selected from among all eligible entries received, on or about March 2, 2012. Total of 13 prizewinners will be selected to receive four free children’s movie tickets for Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.

Tickets must be picked up at Whole Foods Market, Green Hills.  Due to the anticipated high volume of entries, only those selected to receive free tickets will be contacted.

All prizes will be awarded. Limit: four movie tickets per household. No transfer, substitution, or exchange of any prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of any entrant for promotional purposes without further compensation. All taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply.  

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to “hold harmless” the Sponsor and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of a prize offered, or participation in the promotion.  Entrants further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
