I’m interested in personal shopping.
At Halsted, we take personal shopping personally. Rest assured that we will follow the specifics of your list and/or will help you choose the best product based on your needs. All of our personal shoppers are Whole Foods Market team members, and we will be shopping in the same regard as when we shop for ourselves.
How do I get started?
We’re ready to start shopping for you, but first we’ll need some background information. Please email the following information along with your shopping list to MWHALPersonalShopper at wholefoods.com
• Your full name
• Your address
• Your phone number
• If you prefer organic when available
• If you prefer 365 products when available
Please also remember to include the following information for each item on your list:
• Brand (i.e )
• Product (i.e. can of black beans)
• Quantity (i.e. each/weight)
We will then call you to confirm your order and form of payment.
How much does this service cost?
Here is the pricing:
• Ten items or fewer is $9.99 + the cost of groceries + tax + delivery fee (if applicable)
• Eleven items or more is $14.99 + the cost of groceries + tax + delivery fee (if applicable).
What if I need my groceries delivered?
We use E.L.S. Delivery Service, Inc. for our delivery service. Prices start at $7.99 but vary depending on delivery zone and the amount of groceries. We will be able to give you more information when you call!

What if I need a gift basket instead?
Our personal shoppers can also make you a custom gift basket. You can let us know exactly what products you want to include in the basket or you can let us know how much you want to spend and the theme or general idea of the basket (I.E. family snack basket or a basket containing wine, 2 types of cheese, crackers, etc). Regular personal shopping fees apply, and there will be a $5 surcharge for the materials. Please call the store for further details.
What else should I know?
• Personal Shopping is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm
• 24-hours notice is required on all orders to avoid a $10 rush-fee
• A valid credit card is required to secure all orders
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover
• All prices are subject to change without notice
