Seth’s wide-ranging talk will present practical advice and inspiring information on many subjects, including how to shop for the best local fruits and vegetables, how to cook with the seasons, the value of raw milk cheese, how to choose the safest fish, the benefits of high-quality supplements, as well many essential tips for optimizing the joy of eating the best food.   Kids Can Cook: Monday, February 20: 3:00 PM--4:00 PM *Healthy Eating

  Our wildly popular Kid’s Cooking Class is back for another round! Please join us for this fun and exciting class! Kids will learn to cook one kid-friendly recipe. Best of all, kids will have the opportunity to taste their own cooking. The class is designed for children ages 5-10. Sign up early. Class size is limited!
