Cleansing & Detox - A Good Way to Make a Fresh Start this Summer
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM | FreeClassroom
Detoxification or cleansing is one of the basic foundations of good health and natural healing. Most of us have considered cleansing and know we could stand to benefit from it, but we just keep putting it off and continue to bombard our bodies with greasy foods, fats, alcohol & sweets. Year after year we continue to complain about how tired we feel and notice that we’ve put on a few extra pounds, but we keep promising ourselves that things will change. Is that next week? Next month? Next year? Unfortunately things rarely do ever change and we get back into our usual routines. Is this the time you finally take charge of your health, cleanse your body and make that change?
The Wild Rose detox kit has been used clinically for over 30 years and today has become the most popular cleanse in Canadian health food stores. The detox kit is meant to be taken for 12 days and once completed we trust you will feel and look much better. A cleanse is a great way to kick start any program, so whether your goals are to lose more weight, remove Candida, improve liver function or just flat out change your entire lifestyle you’ll have created a great foundation with this program. Stop putting it off until later, now is the time to take control of your life and make a change for the better. Detoxify and feel great in only 12 days.
Detoxification programs are safe and recommended anywhere from 1 to 4 times per year for most people. Detoxification is not recommended for pregnant or breast feeding mothers.
Dr. Terry Willard, CIH, PhD, is a practitioner, teacher, director of the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing in Calgary, Alberta, and author of 12 books, including Flower Essence: Emotional Alchemy and Spiritual Evolution
