Regional Demo Program
The Northern California Regional Demo Program is an effective and dynamic way to present your product to thousands of Whole Foods Market® guests
Getting started with Whole Foods Market®:
1. Review our demo packages and decide which option will best suit your needs. Click here to review the Demo Program Details.
2. Sign up via our Online Demo Tracker (DOT) to request a login so that you can submit demos. Click here to download the Vendor DOT Instructions. NOTE: Not all stores in Northern California carry the same products – contact emily.osborne@wholefoods.com for more information.
3. Fill out the Demonstration Release & Indemnity Agreement and send a signed copy to norcal.demos@wholefoods.com
4. If your products are on any type of promotion, please verify the dates your buyer gave you for our promotional periods.
5. After the Fiscal Period in which your demos are completed, you will receive an invoice with vendor reports from each store that includes guest feedback on flavor, packaging, and price, along with units sold the day of the demo. If you would like to use a third-party demo company or demo your product yourself, you can sign up to do a Visiting Vendor Demo in our region by visiting http://dot.wholefoods.com.
*In-store Demo Specialists book all Visiting Vendor Demos for the individual stores based on space availability. All indemnity and insurance paperwork must be on file with our Regional Demo Specialist prior to the demo.
