Want to lower cholesterol and gain energy? Take the Eating Challenge with us! We will be following the PlantStrong guidelines in The Engine 2 Diet book by Rip Esselstyn available at our store. Meet up at the Health Starts Here desk located between the Seafood and Meat departments. By all means, bring a buddy to keep you accountable!

We are meeting in the *mall cafe area* of Whole Foods Market Paramus in the Bergen Town Center Mall.
Rip has partnered with Whole Foods Market to help raise awareness of the health benefits of eating a plant-strong diet composed of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. We cannot wait for you to hear his story. It's a good one.
