May 1^st – Discover Pilsners: Discuss and sample several different Pilsners such as the original Pilsner Urquell to America’s own Victory Prima Pils.

May 15^th – Discover IPA’s (India Pale Ales) Discuss and sample the hugely popular IPA style from American IPA’s like Lagunitas to Belgian hybrid IPA/Trippel blends.

May 22^nd – Local Brewery of the month (Rahr) Discuss the history and sample selections from Fort Worth’s own Rahr & Sons Brewery.

May 29^th – Discover White Ales : As we head into the summer we will discuss and sample refreshing White Ales such as Wasatch White Ale to Unibrou’s Blanche de Chambly.
