Steve Hyder, Team Leader
Steve has been with Whole Foods Market of Princeton since 2008.
He brings 15 years of baking experience to his passionate role as Team Leader. Born and raised in Blairstown, this New Jersey native has a broad background in all aspects of baking. His favorite creations are tiered wedding cakes and the beautiful variety of artisan breads baked fresh daily in the store.
Sharon, Assistant Team Leader
Sharon has been with Whole Foods Market of Princeton since 2004, when the store first opened its doors! Sharon received her training at the Art Institute for Pastry Arts. Her specialty and favorite cakes to create are cut-out and sculpted designs.
Amanda, Pastry Chef
Amanda joined Whole Foods Market of Princeton in 2008. Amanda studied cooking and baking at Mercer County Community College. She loves to make tiered and wedding cakes, but her favorite creation by far is the Whole Foods Market White Chocolate Raspberry cake.
Kelly, Pastry Chef
Kelly joined Whole Foods Market of Princeton in 2009. Kelly’s training brought her to three Atlantic City casinos where she served as Pastry Chef. Here at Whole Foods Market of Princeton, she loves to design children’s character cakes. Ask her about her personal specialty – her apple pie with cut-out dough leaves.
