Community Giving and Donations
Whole Foods Market Quarry works diligently to support a broad range of community initiatives and to cultivate vibrant partnerships that change lives in large and small ways throughout San Antonio.
If you are a charitable organization and wish to request food, catering, reusable bags, gift cards, or our participation in your event, please download one of the two donation request forms below based on your needs.
Completed applications can be submitted in person at our Guest Service desk, or by email to SanAntonioDonations@wholefoods.com. Due to the volume of requests we receive, requests are reviewed every 60 days and (must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your event to be eligible for consideration). Thank you for the opportunity to support your powerful and life-changing efforts in our community.

5% Days
Each quarter, our store hosts a Community Giving Day and donates 5% of our store’s net sales on a designated day to a 501(c) 3 organization, whose mission addresses one of the following categories:
- Environmental Preservation & Education
- Preventative Health Care & Education
- Hunger Relief
- Organic Farming/Sustainable Food Resources
- Children’s Education & Development
Guests support our selected organizations by planning their shopping trips to coincide with these days. Four recipients are chosen each year and are selected on a quarterly basis.
