Whole Foods Market Concierge Services are dedicated to delivering high quality, fresh and organic foods right to your door. We can even have your groceries ready and bagged curbside to make your weekly shop with Whole Foods fast, easy, and efficient. We want to know what you like, learn your preferences, and help make your life easier with our personal shopping service
How our Personal Shopping Services work:
- The service is available Tuesday through Saturday from 10am-6pm. Contact our Concierge, Michelle Vidal during these hours at 916-781-5300 or via email NC.ROS.Concierge@wholefoods.com
- You will receive a customer profile to understand your shopping preferences, a shopping list template, and a link to our website http://wholefoodsmarket.com/users/lists.php as well as our App, http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/apps/index.php where you can utilize our shopping list tool and build directly from recipes.
- After you make your list you can email directly to our Concierge at the above address. If you are interested in using our service regularly, we will schedule a weekly shop in our calendar.
- Please allow 24 hours notice for all orders.
- Concierge Service Fee is 5% of the total order. Each order is $50 minimum.
- Our Concierge also provides delivery services.
Delivery fees and radius are as follows:
The Personal Shopper Program is exclusive to the Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay and Lincoln area. A $10.00 delivery fee will be added for delivery within a ten mile radius, each additional mile is $1.00 per mile.
