SCRIP
How do I order Scrip?
You can order scrip through our regional scrip hotline at 818-501-8484, x224. Or, you can also make requests through email at SP.Scrip@wholefoods.com.  Scrip may be purchased in $500 increments, with a $5000 maximum; your organization will receive a 5% discount on the purchase.  Our scrip is available in $50 or $100 denominational gift cards.

SCHOOL TOURS
School tours are available for kindergarten through 12th grade students, mid morning or mid afternoons, Tuesdays through Fridays.  Our school tours last approximately 45 minutes and include an introduction to organics, local farms, buying in bulk, composting, a tour of most departments, healthy food samples, and goody bags to take home!   To schedule a School Tour please email spsbrmarketing@wholefoods.com (a minimum of one week’s notice is suggested).  Maximum group size is 35.

VALUE TOURS
Customers can join our Whole Foods Market Value Tour – a custom-guided walk through the store to help the savvy shopper on any budget enjoy the freshest, highest quality food available.  For example, Whole Foods Market’s own family of brands, 365 Everyday Value®, 365 Organic Everyday Value®, Whole Kitchen® and Whole Pantry® offers thousands of natural and organic products at prices competitive with conventional products, but using much better quality ingredients. KIDS’ CLUB
Every time you bring your kids with you to the store, stop at Customer Service and pickup a Kids’ Club Coupon good for a complimentary organic apple, 100% fruit leather, or animal crackers.  We want your visit to be as simple as possible!

DID YOU KNOW?

• At no additional charge, we will gladly grill or saute your fish while you shop!  We will also shuck oysters, devein shrimp, or fillet a whole fish for you, again, for free.  Ask the Seafood department how.
• All of our products are FREE from preservatives, hydrogenated fats, and artificial ingredients.
• All of our Meats and Dairy products are raised without antibiotics and added growth hormones.  All vegetarian fed. 
• All of our eggs are Cage-Free, Free-Range and Vegetarian fed.
• We carry Organic Grass-Fed Beef, MSC Certified Seafood, and much more…Shop with us and taste the difference!
• We carry over 200+ products made locally in the Tri-County area – Look for the LOCAL logo, vendor profile, and “miles from here” signage throughout every department.

Grocery Case Discount Policy

1. The standard grocery case discount is 10% off purchases of full cases of grocery items.
2. The discount is intended for items outside of our loose shelf stock, and cases must be in their original case packaging/box to receive the discount.  Exceptions may be granted by store management.
3. The case discount also is available on full bags/boxes/pallets of bulk items 15 lbs and larger, such as produce, rice, and grain.
4. The case discount is available on special orders.
5. “Everyday Deal” priced items and “Specials” are not eligible for the case discount.
6. Please be advised that this policy may be amended in the future, and Whole Foods Market reserves its right to grant exceptions to the foregoing policies in order to further its commitment to extraordinary customer service.

Wine Discount Policy

1. A 10% discount is available on the purchase of 6 or more bottles of wine, including Specials and Everyday Deals.
2. This discount applies to any size bottle of wine.
3. Spirits are not included in the wine discount.
4. Periodically, Whole Foods Market may offer certain wines at such low prices that the 10% discount will not be available on those wine.  The exclusion of such wines from this discount will be indicated by signage where applicable.
