• Fitness Class at PSC-Society Hill for 28-Day Challengers

  Open only to 28-Day Challengers who pre-registered by the end of January. Please RSVP to Rachel.Sanchez@wholefoods.com by Wednesday before each class so we can give PSC a headcount.

  Every Thursday in February at 6:30pm, Philadelphia Sports Club - Society Hill (250 South 5th Street, between Locust and Spruce Sts.) will be offering a free exclusive Fitness class for our 28-Day Healthy Eating Challengers. The focus of these classes will be total body conditioning with modifications to suit all fitness backgrounds and abilities.
