Often people, even children, are diagnosed with low Vitamin D levels. Most people know that exposure to the sun helps our body to make Vitamin D, but exposure to the sun might also be harmful. Many foods are fortified with D, but the form of D matters and not all foods are fortified with the same type of D. Come learn all about D, why we need it and best ways to get it.
