Free Delivery with purchase of $150 or more (limited time offer)
Do you get carried away when you shop at our beautiful store? Need a gallon of organic apple juice and a case of bottled water? Is the walk home a little longer than you’d like today? These are just a few of the reasons you need to know about our store’s Delivery Service. Just come in and shop at your convenience and our Delivery Team will deliver your groceries ($50 minimum order) to your home or office between noon and 8:00 pm.* Orders for delivery are accepted until 7:00pm. Delivery fee* varies according to location within our delivery area, shown below.

PERSONAL SHOPPING
Whether it’s last minute guests or a weekly stock up, our Personal Shoppers can help. We can even set up a weekly delivery based on your shopping list. Our Personal Shoppers will take the time to learn what you like, how much time you have, and what fits into your budget. Best of all, you can rest assured that the products you are purchasing are the highest quality natural and organic products available.
Just email us before noon Monday through Friday and your grocery order will be ready for pickup or delivery that day. Email orders received after 12:00 noon will be ready for pickup or delivery the next day. Send your order via email to symwfm.shopper@wholefoods.com. All you need to do is to meet our $50 minimum- which is the same as our delivery minimum.
If you plan to use our Personal Shopping Service on a regular basis, it’s quick and easy to create an account for yourself and log into it each time you want to create a new list. After you’ve created your account:
1. Log in
2. Click on “My Shopping Lists” under the welcome at the top of the page.
3. Name your list like this: YourLastName Today’sDate
4. Now it’s time to enter your items. For the first item, please enter your first and last name, address (if list is for delivery), and your phone number.
5. Enter the rest of the items on your shopping list, grouping like items together when you can- fruits and veggies, meats, dairy and cheeses, etc. You may include a note or special instructions with an item if you feel it necessary.
6. When you are finished, click on the “envelope” icon. Then click the box marked “To” and enter our Personal Shopping email in the white box: symwfm.shopper@wholefoods.com.
7. Click “Send” and someone will contact you shortly. Also, always feel free to call the Personal Shopping Team at (617)375-1010.
A $10 fee will be applied to each personal shopping order. Delivery fees will apply for delivered orders as described in our You Shop, We Deliver section above. (Note: Currently, for orders over $150, the delivery fee is waived; personal shopping fees will not be.)
