  Children of all ages are invited to come join Gerrie Adams, Healthy Eating Specialist, as she leads participants in choosing their own fresh foods to complete a food pyramid, and then turn those selections into a healthy, kid-friendly, delicious dish!

  Obesity, Heart Disease, and Diabetes are still on the rise!  These conditions have been connected to what we eat!  Come learn how to incorporate more nutrient-dense, low-calorie foods into your diet to reverse and prevent these and other health conditions.  Class will include DVD instruction by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, handouts, and healthful snacks.
