Whole Foods Market guarantees 100% customer satisfaction on every product we sell.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange with certain exceptions. All returns require proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Apparel or shoes must be returned unworn and with tags attached.

  • Alcoholic beverages are subject to state and/or local restrictions.

  • Gift cards sold at Whole Foods Market cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.

  • Only products purchased at a Whole Foods Market store or wholefoodsmarket.com are eligible for return.

  • WIC EBT purchases cannot lawfully be returned but may be exchanged for identical food items if the product is defective, spoiled or was out of code at the time of sale.

  • Refunds will be made in the form of a Merchandise Return Card for returns using a gift receipt or purchases originally made using Campus Card.

  • All refunds must be processed in accordance with state or local laws that may include limitations or rights.

  • Whole Foods Market reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including, but not limited to, preventing fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.
