Mother Kombucha is in the business of doing good through the making of their delicious fermentations. From harnessing the power of the sun at the “mothership” and composting their spent teas for community gardens, these brewed-by-hand beverages strive to be earth-, health- and people-conscious.
Stream2Sea
Sun & Body Care
Autumn Blum, Founder
As a chemist, an environmentalist and explorer — Autumn and her team came together after a dive in Palau with a mission to create skincare products for people and the planet. Understanding how fragile the aquatic ecosystem is, Stream2Sea offers sunscreen with no oxybenzone, octinoxate and octocrylene because of their possible impact to coral reef, and their tube packaging is made from sugarcane resin instead of plastic.

Saltwater Brewery
Beer
Chris Gove & Dustin Jeffers, Founders
When a group of ocean-loving Floridians got together to form Saltwater Brewery, they made sure to keep the sea at heart. While they are always refining the taste of their unique, handcrafted beers, they also make sure to advocate for the ocean through fundraising and educational events with nonprofit partners. Perhaps the coolest part: They’re the first brewery to use E6PR (Eco Six Pack Ring), made out of by-product waste and compostable materials.
Shanti Bar
Protein Bars
Lauren Feingold and Ashanty Williams, Founders
Lauren and Ashanty’s dual passion for working out at the gym and cooking in the kitchen helped to create this line of plant-based protein bars. “There were no bars on the market that delivered the ingredients we craved,” they stated. The way they look at it, each ingredient is there for a reason. Miami’s high-performance athletes took notice. On your mark, get set, eat!
Zak the Baker
Bread
Zak Stern, Founder
Zak the Baker’s naturally leavened and hand-shaped breads are made using traditional methods he learned from his many overseas apprenticeships. Zak brought his honed skills back to his hometown and opened a bakery, serving the community with made-from-scratch breads, pies, cookies and more.
