When a group of ocean-loving Floridians got together to form Saltwater Brewery, they made sure to keep the sea at heart. Zak the Baker’s naturally leavened and hand-shaped breads are made using traditional methods he learned from his many overseas apprenticeships. Zak brought his honed skills back to his hometown and opened a bakery, serving the community with made-from-scratch breads, pies, cookies and more.
