Founded by Terry and Rebecca Patano, DOMA Coffee sources their coffee from small farms all around the world. They offer a variety of roasts, a favorite at the Boise, Idaho, store being Chronic Super Dank, a bold coffee with notes of cherry and dark chocolate. DOMA also supports many local and national philanthropic organizations like the Kootenai Environmental Alliance.

In 2010, Mike Francis left his job as an industrial engineer and headed back to his home turf in Boise, Idaho, to create Payette Brewing Company. Today, Francis continues to be a rebellious beer pioneer and a champion of the craft brew industry on a mission to make the best beer in the West.

Located in Caldwell, Idaho, Symms Fruit Ranch is a fourth-generation family farm producing delicious local cherries. In 1914, RA Symms planted the first eight acres. Now at over 5,000 acres, the tradition of growing juicy northwest cherries continues in the Symms family — and they couldn’t be happier about it.

While waiting tables in a sushi restaurant, Toni heard the owners were looking to add ice cream to the menu. She decided to take on the challenge. Now, she runs her very own ice cream company in Hailey, Idaho, serving up delicious flavors on the daily.
