BeanFruit Coffee Co. founder and owner, Paul Bonds, admits he wasn’t always a coffee lover. In fact, his interest in coffee didn’t start until 2008, when he read an article about specialty coffee. From there, he purchased a small commercial roaster, sold beans at farmers markets and worked his way up to where BeanFruit Coffee Co. is now — producing exquisite, single-origin coffees.

As a child growing up in New Orleans, Raymond Horn had early memories of his mother brewing coffee concentrate in whiskey bottles. As an adult, he decided to make coffee concentrate a business of his own. Mississippi Cold Drip is the product of Raymond’s passion for coffee and drive to create a concentrate as good as the one he had as a kid.

Made with love for local flavor and traditions, Natchez Brewing uses recipes and brews created by Patrick Miller, who co-owns the company and was born and raised in Natchez. Their beer is made with a true Southern drawl and the hospitality of the Deep South. His wife, Lisa Miller, is the other co-owner and used to own a successful dog-grooming business before Patrick introduced her to her new love of craft beer.
