Loudon, New Hampshire – based Iēf Farms wanted to put fresh thinking behind how the New England area got its produce. Now, using less water than some traditional farming methods, they did exactly that: Iēf Farms cultivates fresh, delicious salad greens in their climate-controlled hydroponic farm.

Making lacto-fermented vegetables, whole foods condiments and botanical infusions, Micro Mama’s is doing local differently. By taking local produce and fermenting it into one of their many delicious delicacies, they’re able to extend the life of produce — allowing for more of it to be consumed … and less of it to be wasted.

Adam and Josh met while working a summer job and decided to join forces and unite in a business venture centered around their passion for plant-based eating. They created Nuttin’ Ordinary, which specializes in cashew cheeses, with the intention of bringing delicious alternatives to traditional dairy products to the masses.

Walpole Creamery has strong ties to its roots — it’s located in the city of Walpole, New Hampshire, after all. Their delicious, premium ice cream is rich with locally made love. They even use locally sourced milk from their partner, Crescent Farm — also located in Walpole.
