Still produced in Uintah, Utah, Beehive first began producing cheese in 2005. Brothers-in-law Tim and Pat left the software industry to follow their passion. A truly seasonal product, each batch of cheese is made with a carefully adjusted recipe to highlight the milk's unique characteristics throughout the year.

Caffe Ibis has been roasting coffee in Logan, Utah, since 1976. Randy Wirth and Sandy Sears knew then that commitment to quality started with sourcing. Caffe Ibis offers organic, fair-trade and Smithsonian Bird-Friendly options. Park City, Utah–based Ritual Chocolate was founded in 2010 with the mission of producing exceptional chocolate while celebrating the complexities of the cacao bean. All of their bean-to-bar chocolate is made in small batches, using classic European methods with a modern American style. Each bar is a reflection of the unique flavors of the cacao’s origin.

Uinta Brewing, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, has won 64 brewer awards in their 25 years as a business. Needless to say, they brew exquisite, delicious beers. Named after the mountain range, Uinta Brewing runs their brewery entirely on wind and solar power.
