Founded in 2003 with the goal of promoting no-till, direct-seed farming, Shepherd’s Grain produces their all-purpose flour in Spokane, Washington, from high-quality wheat grown on family farms. Their flour is traceable to the farm where the wheat was grown and is used by some of the finest bakeries in the Pacific Northwest. They’re extremely proud to be able to bring that quality to the home baker.
