Balsamic Berries

The naturally sweet juices of fresh mixed berries combine with tangy lemon juice and balsamic vinegar for a complex burst of flavors. Garnish the fruit with thinly sliced fresh mint and serve it alongside a sliver of Double Chocolate Cake.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Method
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lemon zest, juice and balsamic vinegar.
Toss to combine, then cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Serve berries chilled.
