"Cheesy" White Bean Dip

Nutritional yeast adds a savory, cheesy flavor to this creamy dip, made with white beans, Dijon mustard and tangy yogurt. Serve as a dip for parties or pack some in lunch boxes with carrot and celery sticks. Kids and adults alike will love it!

Ingredients
- 1 (15.0-ounce) can no-salt-added cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Method
Combine beans, yogurt, nutritional yeast and mustard in a food processor and purée until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, stir in chives and serve.
Alternatively, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve and up to 5 days.
