Chilled Mango-Cherry Soup with Kiwi
Serves 4
Time 1 hr 10 min
Pleasantly sweet, slightly tart and a little spicy, this soup is an antioxidant powerhouse, especially if you thin it a bit with pomegranate juice — a tart and wonderfully refreshing addition. It's the perfect starter for a summer meal, or a savory, healthy snack.
