This dressing is perfect accompaniment to a salad of crisp lettuce leaves, thinly sliced radishes and tomato wedges or served alongside carrots, celery, and sliced bell peppers as part of a crudité platter. Add chopped fresh herbs, like dill or parsley, to boost the flavor, if you like.

Method
In a blender or food processor, blend yogurt with cottage cheese.
Add buttermilk and cheese and process until creamy.
Season with pepper.
Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
