This vinegar-free dressing is surely good on a salad, and really good on a baked potato or in mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

    2 clovesgarlic, crushed
    3 tablespoonstahini
    2 tablespoonswhite miso
    1/2 cupplain unsweetened almondmilk
    2 tablespoonslemon juice
    1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil

Method

In a blender, combine garlic, tahini, miso, almondmilk, lemon juice, and sesame oil, and blend until smooth.
