Method
In a medium saucepan, combine almondmilk, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat (watch carefully so almondmilk doesn't boil over).
Stir in grain medley and return to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture has reduced and thickened slightly, about 25 minutes.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the pears. Serve garnished with remaining 1/2 cup pears.
