Feta-Herb Dressing

Here’s a terrific summer-ready dressing that is great on salads, burgers, as a dip for veggies, as a sandwich spread and more. This generous batch takes just a few minutes to make and will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 (6.0-ounce) package feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/3 cup lightly packed fresh oregano leaves
Method
Combine feta, lemon juice, 7 tablespoons water, pepper, sugar and salt in a food processor and pulse until mixed.
Drizzle in oil with motor running.
Add dill and oregano and pulse until smooth.
