Heirloom Tomato Salad with Goat Milk Brie

Elevate your packed lunch with a refreshing salad of sliced Brie, crisp lettuce, juicy heirloom tomatoes and a squeeze or tart, fresh citrus as dressing.

Ingredients
- 4 small, inner leaves romaine lettuce
- 1/2 large heirloom tomato, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 (4.4-ounce) wheel Wellspring Creamery Goat Milk Brie, sliced
- 1 teaspoon 365 Everyday Value® extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon flaky sea salt, to taste
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 orange wedge
- ground black pepper
Method
In a resealable container, layer lettuce, tomato and Brie.
Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and arrange lemon and orange wedges on the side.
When ready to eat, squeeze citrus over the top.
