This healthful, colorful trail mix is ideal for gift giving. You can use raw green pumpkin seeds (also known as pepitas) or choose roasted salted nuts for a lightly salty note for your mix.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cupsdried cranberries
    1 1/2 cupscinnamon cereal squares (such as Puffins)
    1 1/4 cupsgreen pumpkin seeds
    1 cupwhite chocolate chips
    1 cupcoarsely chopped walnuts
    1 cupchopped dates
    1 cupunsweetened coconut flakes

Method

In a large bowl, combine cranberries, cereal, pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips, walnuts, dates and coconut. 


Toss to combine.
