Mediterranean Salsa

Serve atop grilled fish or chicken, or fill pita halves with chickpeas and spoonfuls of this fresh Mediterranean salsa.

Ingredients
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can can diced tomatoes, drained
- 6 ounces Kalamata olives, pitted and diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Method
Combine tomato, olive, onion, basil, lime juice, oregano, and pepper; stir well.
Gently stir in feta cheese.
