Mellow Tofu Spread

Silken tofu gives a creamy texture to this spread, great for using on sandwiches and wraps or as a vegetable dip.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces firm silken tofu, drained
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon mellow white miso
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Method
Combine tofu, tahini, miso, and dill in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
