Ingredients

    1/2 cupunsweetened apple juice
    1/2 cupunsweetened almondmilk
    1/2 cupblueberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)
    1/2 cupraspberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)

    1sliced banana, fresh or frozen
