Serves 4
Time 45 min
Dress these garlic- and sage-infused turkey burgers with green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes and Dijon mustard. They're perfect for the grill, too.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mash garlic, sage and salt together in a bowl or with a mortar and pestle.
Knead mixture into the turkey and season with pepper.

Check that turkey is completely cooked through.
Serve on toasted rolls with a squeeze of lime.
