Savory Grape Salad Dressing
Makes about 1 1/4 cups

Drizzle this dressing over simple fresh greens, or use it for everything from chopped chicken salad to steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
- 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
Method
Combine grapes, oil, salt and pepper in a blender.
Blend until very smooth. Pour into a cup or small bowl and stir in tarragon.
