Sparkling Spring Punch
Serves 10 to 12
Time 2 hr 10 min
This easy punch is ideal for a festive brunch or lunch. The recipe makes a generous pitcherful; if you’re hosting a larger gathering, you can use a punch bowl and double or triple the recipe. For a large batch, freeze the lemon water and herbs in a medium-size metal bowl or a Bundt pan to make one big, slow-melting ice cube.
Special Diets:
Ingredients
- Zest and juice of 1/2 large lemon
- 12 very small sprigs fresh mint or lavender
- 1 (750.0-ml) bottle sparkling wine, such as Cava or Prosecco, chilled

Fill an ice cube tray with the mixture and push an herb sprig into each cube.
